We have had solidwork on this computer for months now and used regularly with no trouble. Now today it says the it cant recognize the license number for solidworks. I know how to go in and check the serial number once in solidworks but right now I cant even get in. Besides uninstalling and re-installing the software does anyone have any ideas? Trying to get the administrative image automatic deployment working on our domain and it will not connect to any of our computers. We have Windows server 2019, trying to deploy Solidworks 2020 SP1.0. The test run will not get past the the connection. Attached is a screenshot.

Hey guys, I'm having some problems with the installation of SW 2019. The install button is greyed out and I can't begin the installation. Also It gives me an error message right when I click the setup file, I don't know if it has something to do with the grey button problem. Could you help me out?

Hello One of my students has a blank installation manager. I unblocked the html files under sldimlangenglishhtml but the installation manager stays blank. I checked all other exe's but they are all unblocked. Then I gave him a new copy of the installation files but the problem remains.
