I usually go to the customer portal and the admin guides section to download the latest "What's New" pdf before installing. 2020 has been released for a little while now, but this is what you get in the customer portal right now. We have had solidwork on this computer for months now and used regularly with no trouble. Now today it says the it cant recognize the license number for solidworks. I know how to go in and check the serial number once in solidworks but right now I cant even get in. Besides uninstalling and re-installing the software does anyone have any ideas? Hello One of my students has a blank installation manager. I unblocked the html files under \sldim\lang\english\html but the installation manager stays blank. I checked all other exe's but they are all unblocked. Then I gave him a new copy of the installation files but the problem remains.

How do I uninstall 2008 or 2009 on Vista 64 bit. It keepserroring when trying to remove SW Explorer because it is supposedlyrunning as a gadget.
