Use theDimBoundingBoxcommand to create a dimension bounding box that encloses selected entities in order to accelerate dimensioning. You can add or remove entities from a dimension bounding box any time. The dimension bounding box updates automatically.
Instead of using theDimension Paletterollover button, you can run theArrangeDimensionscommand. Use theAutoDimensionscommand to automatically create baseline, continued, and ordinate dimensions for specified entities that are enclosed within a Dimension Bounding Box.
