All you need is a SOLIDWORKS ID, or a new or existing 3DEXPERIENCE ID.
I've been trying to download some custom appearances from the Luxology/Foundry website (got to it from the customer portal), but I've been having trouble actually putting the appearances on. I have a few older appearances I've used in the past that I was able to link, so I thought I could extract these new appearances the same way and have them work but it didn't work.
