I have two licenses, may I register it to one solidworks ID? if yes, how?

All you need is a SOLIDWORKS ID, or a new or existing 3DEXPERIENCE ID.

Is it possible to have one solidworks ID, but two licenses registered to it? these are two stand alone licenses.
If it is possible, how?
