Solidworks doesn't ask to browse for missing files when opening an assembly

Read in Forum    All you need is a SOLIDWORKS ID, or a new or existing 3DEXPERIENCE ID.

When opening an assembly, I usually was asked what to do with missing files and I had the option to suppress or browse for file.

I now only get a summary report with the suppressed files. Sometimes, if I right-click on suppressed file (part or sub-assembly) and try to unsuppress, it does nothing, instead of popping up the message asking for browse for file.

Is there a way to set back Solidworks to ask
