Unable to change geometric tolerances

All you need is a SOLIDWORKS ID, or a new or existing 3DEXPERIENCE ID.
If I try to add geometric tolerance for parallelism and change it (default goes to 0,01) it just resets to 0,01 as soon as I type in any number. I used to use this a few months ago and I was able to change it but now in a new assembly drawing, I cant change it.
