Rotate part won't work

All you need is a SOLIDWORKS ID, or a new or existing 3DEXPERIENCE ID.
I have a Logitech M705 mouse. I noticed with this type of smooth scrolling mouse, SolidWorks will do odd things when I try to rotate a part. When I hold down the middle mouse wheel to rotate a part, SolidWorks randomly acts as though I let off the button. The mouse has a side to side scrolling feature on the mouse wheel that I don't find useful. How do I get a mouse like this to function properly in
