 StartSWIntsall.exe missing from admin image directory

All you need is a SOLIDWORKS ID, or a new or existing 3DEXPERIENCE ID.

The scheduled tasks fail because this .exe is missing. Also noticed it's the same problem why I could never uninstall from the client machine by running the StartSWInstall.hta file because it too needs the .exe which is not there.  

Is this normal? What did I mess up when I made the image to cause this?

I cannot find that file anywhere in our system, so if I download the same version of SW we have installed can I just copy the .exe file to the install image directory to make it work?
