All you need is a SOLIDWORKS ID, or a new or existing 3DEXPERIENCE ID.

Hi, all. One of our drafters got this error message uponopening a part. It's got the vbExclamation icon attached to themessage box, so we KNOW it'sIMPORTANT... we're just not... real sure... why....Fortunately, we had an easy time deciding which button to choose...See attached for exclamation... er... explanation.
