Saving to the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform

You can save documents to the active collaborative space on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

To save a document in a space other than the active collaborative space, you must specify another space before saving the document.

To specify a new filename for an existing document, use File > Save with Options.

To save to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform:

Do one of the following:
- Click File > Save.
- Press Ctrl + S.
If you save a previously saved document, it overwrites the previous version on the active collaborative space.
If you save a new document, the New Document Name dialog box opens.
Enter a name for the new document and click OK.
The document is saved to the active collaborative space.
The MySession widget lists the document and status as New and Reserved to you. You can use one of the following in the MySession widget:
- The context menu in the tree
- The action bar at the bottom
