Everytime when I closed the Solidworks, this error will appear and I cannot close it by clicking the OK (It will show up again and again). I have to close it by opening the task manager and ending the task. This is quite annoying. Could anyone help me with that?

I am trying to make custom "weld beads" so I can see them in Solidworks Visualizer. Maybe I am not thinking hard enough, but how will I make them. There will be one on each flange connecting to each pipe, and then the 2 cross ones. I have many others, but this is one example.

Operation sweep with twist leads to ends not joining as seen in image. How can I overcome this? As you could notice I have a gap between the spline ends. This is to ensure that the sweep with twist feature works.

NOT A PDM EXPERT OR ADMINASTRATOR. I have a folder that I would like to rename. Do all files need to be checked in BEFORE I rename or can this be done at any time (and it will update the references)? I'm not 100% sure but I would be willing to bet that there are files checked out from this folder somewhere.

Hi, we actually encountered an issue where #SLDWORKS.exe does, most times, not close the #process in Task Manager after Solidworks was actually closed. This seem to effect Solidworks 2020 and 2018 on #Windows20H2. Has anyone seen this before or any ideas how to solve or workaround this without using Task kill? BR, Manuel Solidworks

So I have designed a chassis for a trailer, but when i go to create a drawing the cutlist has merged different weldments together so my cutlist does not display properly. in the model you can see its merged/highlighted atleast 4 different types of material under the same weldment in the cutlist for some reason and i tried updating it which didnt change anything. I was trying to switch my SolidWorks from a premium license I had to a student license I want to use. I uninstalled SolidWorks and deleted some remaining folders relating to SolidWorks. When I installed the student version I can't click "Install on this computer" since it is greyed out. Any help on how to fix this is appreciated. SolidworksGeneral
