Hi! For my project I am attempting to design a plastic cover that could be injection molded. The issue I am having is adding a draft to the part. The neutral plane is at a weird angle - Using the drafting tool has not worked so far.

When I add a derived configuration and start deleting Bodies - the bodies are deleted in every configuration instead of the selected configuration.. Worked OK in 2015.. Also, it would be nice when making a change to a configuration such as deleting a part, The configurations would remain the same.. instead of the configuration blowing up... All versions..

Hi everyone I have qurie in SolidWorks-SheetMetal.Example; when you create a sheetmetal part in solidworks having some baseflange, Edgeflange etc..In drawings when have all kinds of Tables like, BOM,General Table WeldCutlist, weld table etc.. If the mac Geforce cards can come with OpenGL optimizationand support, why cant windows version come with it? link to evga I know mac OS uses OpenGL, but still...SolidworksAdministration

Don't let that change slip by you! So you can now make your Skeleton Sketch Part an Envelope and set this setting...Now SW won't allow part to part relations that aren't to that SSP. I haven't played with this yet, but it could really help the SSP workflow. SolidworksAssemblies

Hi, I'm trying to scale a ship (KVLCC2) by a ratio of 10. However, when I do this part of the ship gets lost. I've tried to knit all of the faces together to avoid this but it doesn't seem to help. Can someone help with this?

Hi All, Can any one suggest me K factor for stainless steel and aluminium for defferent thickness. I use 0.285 for SS and 0.33 for AL Facing problem in achieving exact bending dimension. SolidworksSheet Metal

An AR feature (like this one: Amazon adds an AR shopping feature to its iOS app | TechCrunch ) that allows you to see your parts in real world environments. Even if it just for a screen shot to show the boss. Not sure if you're aware this feature is included in eDrawing Pro SolidworksGeneral

I always work with inventor and now for work needs i have to use solidworks. My question is: Can i set rotation and translation like inventor? In solid these commands are: mouse wheel (rotation), mouse wheel + ctrl (transation) ; in inventor: mouse wheel (translation) and mouse wheel + shift (rotation).
