Hi I wanted to use the Solidworks composer now I have the problem I entered the key during the installation and installed it but I can not find the composer am apparently too stupid no icon or other I only have solidworks and composer player no composer am I doing something wrong ??? Is it possible to have Solidworks automatically create a Composer file (.smg) on some action, i.e. saving, closing, etc., in the background? I am looking at Composer as a replacement for SAP Visual Enterprise Author. Does anyone have any experience with this? SolidworksComposer

When I export my views out through the Technical Illustration workshop my callouts will shrink. Is there anyway to fix this/ stop this from happening? SolidworksComposer

: When in View mode, created in one view are automatically enabled in all previous views. This contradicts the concept of Composer Views, the concept being that the user has control over the views and what is displayed when a view is activated. It would be highly beneficial to the usability of the program if the developers could address this issue before is launched. BR.

So here I sit, creating a set of work instructions. I have a session of SW on one screen, a word document on another, and Windows 7 'screen snip' tool open... If only there were a piece of software that would allow me to create step by step instructions of my 3D model... (keep in mind, I've been through the Composer training through a previous employer.) I was forced to accept the poor outlines and random garbage lines in perspective mode, but now I'm producing a few images in ortographic mode and the lines are still utter crap, requiring a lot of time consuming clean up. When will this be fixed? SolidworksComposer

When updating from revised .sldasm, views change...ie, translations etc. no longer show but labels and callouts remain. Nothing in the import options are different. Not sure what I am missing in the process? SolidworksComposer
