I am trying to setup a drawing template to populate a field with the name of the last folder, of the directory where the file is saved. Example. If the file directory is: C:Program FilesSolidWorks CorpSolidWorksSamplesPart123.SLDDRW I want the field to be updated with "Samples" Not the entire file path. Is this possible?

Gear Wizard from Toolbox (SW 2018) does not show the configuration options I want Diametrial pitch of 30 teeth/inch but it has options like 20,24,32 and similarly I want Pressure Angle of 25 degrees for my gear but it only shows option of 14.5 and 20. What can I do in this scenario? I need to create a gear train of 8 spur gears. Thank you SolidworksToolbox

Hello, I started to use Solidworks today and after a few minutes, starting sketching appears a pop up with a problem then the app crashs. I don't know why. I tryed to use the diasgnostic tool but i don't understand the problem. Somboby could help me?

Hi, I am trying to clear any dimension on a specific drawing view. I tried with outline to get the bounding box of the view then swApp.SetSelectionFilter 14, and then using the SketchBoxSelect to select the dimensions. However, it always deletes the view with it even if the filter is on! Any idea how to approach this is welcome!
