I am trying to send a message with a transition action so I can use HTML formatting. I saw few posts about it but could not come to a resolution. If I put the code into a code checker it's fine: But when I receive the message from PDM the formatting for the blue box and the text in it is not being applied. SolidworksData Management

Hi all, I was use "pack and go" for assembly (or part), but dialog box not show option "Flatten to single folder", Flatten to minimal folders, Keep full folder structure as fig.1. How i can turn on this option ???

When I try to preview a PDF in our vault I get this popping up in the preview window: Also, single clicking the PDF opens the file if "preview" is selected, but not any of the other tabs like Data Card, Version, etc... I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC SolidworksData Management

Hello, I have a user that every time he logs into the vault, it tries to Get Latest on set of files. He has cancelled this request in the past and it still comes up on every new login. I have: Cleared local cache Redid the vault view Reinstalled PDM Checked the User & Group Cache options to make sure they are off. Anyone have this issue?

Does anyone know if it's possible to have PDM Professional add a dynamic date stamp when the pdf file is created? Example: When file is released in PDM, the PDF is created (with a dynamic date stamp). Whenever the PDF is opened/viewed, it would show the current date. Thanks SolidworksData Management

All I find in my 2014 sp4 SolidWorks, using Pack'n'Go, that the "Include Toolbox components" switch actually filters for the IsFastener property and not for Toolbox items. This is a bug. Either they should label it correctly or, preferably, fix it so it does filter for Toolbox items. I am sending a report to our VAR.
