I came across this site listening to "Stuff You Should Know" podcast and a group of people took it upon themselves to scan every page of holiday catalogs (Sears, JCPenney, and Montgomery Ward) ranging from 1937-1996. We have addressed the following issues: User profile names no longer use the users Email address. You cannot do a web search and find a users email address. Certain usernames were display using their email address. We appolgize for this issue and we appriciate your patience. SolidworksGeneral

For the last 5 years I've been working at a company that uses CATIA V5, but I just started a new position using SolidWorks again. It's nice to be back I'll miss some of the surfacing and wireframe features, but everything works so much more smoothly and intuitively in SW! SolidworksGeneral

Is there any way to change the pan increment when using thectrl arrow key feature? I know that you can change the angleincrement but could not find any way to change the pan increment. Thank you! TomSolidworksGeneral

Hi, I am using a design table for an assembly I created. I create a blank design table, then I click on a feature dimension in my assembly but the excel box stays empty; the excel sheet & solidworks appear to not be communicating. Can anyone provide any assistance?

How about we separate the top ten list about forums and about SolidWorks tools. Makes no sense that the Top ten ideas for SolidWorks enhancements are in competition with this Forum enhancements. It's just silly they are lumped in the same place. Personally, I don't care how the forum interacts if I can find the information I'm looking for. SolidworksGeneral

I recently did a hard drive upgrade on my machine and had to deactivate and reactivate (don't forget to do this with SW if you are changing major components of your PC) and I never noticed this before but SW Visualize is not perpetual... I'm currently using one of our two lock-node licenses, but this is outrageous that Dassault has done this! What else can I say... SolidworksGeneral

Come ON, Solidworks. Your customers are paying a large sum of money for the annual subscription. We should not be spammed by this crap. Put a bloody block on YERO88.com and Slots87.com.

Hi, I'm trying to fix the moving part of a rudder to make it a solid body. I have managed to cover the holes and patch some other bits of the initial drawing and get most of it as a solid body but the holes remain not part of the solid body. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Amy SolidworksGeneral
