HI, I hope you can help out there! does anybody know how tore-align an assembly to the correct orientation regarding theorigin? what I mean is, on rendering my assembly, the whole thingis 180 degrees rotated and upside down! when it comes to shadowsetc. it looks like the assembly is hanging from the ceiling!

Using SolidWorks 2016 on a Dell Precision 7520 with 24G RAM. I find this when creating a pattern in an assembly: I start typing the dimensions for the pattern and Solidworks tries to update everything with each keystroke. This makes creating a pattern very slow. Is there a way to turn off this feature so Solidworks won't try to do anything until I hit enter? SolidworksAssemblies

Sometimes when I change the transparency of a part it is notsee-through even though the icon claims it is suppose to be. Other times a part remains transparent even when I have shiftedback and I have to give it a nudge with rebuild. SW09SolidworksAssemblies
Hi I'm trying to use Hole Series to create a hole, but the size automatically selected appears to be too small. My assembly has a metal spacer with a M3 tapped hole and a plate. When I create a clearance hole, auto-size chooses M2.5 as the hole size even when the tapped hole is M3: Anyone know why Hole Screw picks M2.5 rather than M3? Thanks SolidworksAssemblies
I have an assembly which has been copied. The explosion steps exist but the models have not moved. I know you can insert the assembly into another a new assembly and explode it by using the "Re-use" function but I would prefer to resolve the problem assembly. SolidworksAssemblies
Hi, I want to duplicate part of an assembly but the parts of the duplicated one should be able to move independently from the originals. Also, if I modify the components of the original part, the corresponding components of the duplicated one should automatically be modified. Is it possible to pick a configuration of a part within a sub-assembly based on a component or sketch in the top level assembly? The diameter shown is the driving dimension The flanges are within the tool sub-assembly and are produced in set sizes.
