hello, i was wondering if the auto dimension can be costomized. what imean by that is when we dimension we always use the ordinate system(we do sheet metal stuff) on our flat pattern. we normally like tokeep the bend lines at the top and right of the part but we dontalways want all of the dimensions in the same direction (ie, if ahole is close to the left side of the part i will pull thedimension out on the left side) and we always show are 0,0 down andto the left. any help would be great
Hello all, as mentioned in the title we just upgraded a few of our machines to Solidworks 2020. Immediately following this update we have been unable to launch PhotoView360 in any way. Clicking Preview or Final Render will result in the preview window opening for a split second, closing, and then nothing happens. SW does not crash, it just fails to open PV360.
I'm trying to write (plagiarize) a macro that amongst other things sets all views in turn to use the correct line for tangent edges. It would be great if I could skip any views where tangent edges are hidden. Is there a check I can run that returns the current status? Going round in circles trying to follow the SW manuals so thought I'd reach out.
