How would I set up a group called "Documents" and make themso they're not revision controlled? I want to start attaching Vendor Data Sheets to parts and a LifeCycle Status of "Documentation" and set these as a non-revisioncontrolled part. Pretty much I want them so when they're checkedin, no one can change/modify them. Or is the a big nono, and should people be able to change therevision?
I am searching for a way to add a custom property to a formatthat will display and lock in the last dat eit was checked in toPDM. We need this for purchasing to have when they print out thedrawing from explorer. It has to reflect the dat eit was actuallychecked in to PDM not when it was filed or printed locally.
