I am trying to create the mold for a propeller in SolidWorks, I couldn't make a split line over the prop blade. I couldn't really figure out what is wrong with geometry? I am working to DFM a part for injection molding.This part contains a very slight overhang making it unable to eject from a mold. The two main over hangs are shown in the images attached. Any help on how to remove these type of overhang would much appreciated. SolidworksPlastics And Mold Design

I am trying to make a thermoforming mold for a cover and spent most of the day trying different things from youtube videos. the parting lines caused craze geometry that I don't want. I am looking into creating electrodes for our EDM departmentbut am having trouble extracting the electrode out of the cavity. Iam thinking that calling the cavity up in assembies and creatingusing convet entities and almost re-create the electrode off of thenew entities. Is there a better method in doing this?
