Millions of tons of plastic are polluting the world’s oceans. It reaches the oceans through rivers and waterways, and then accumulates in five high-concentration areas called gyres. Since 2011, when we first featured Donn McKinney’s U.S.S Missouri project, our friend Donn has further progressed in his work.
