For the physically disabled, a functional wheelchair can be a lifeline to a more productive life. Realizing that poor road conditions were hindering the mobility of wheelchair-dependent people in developing nations, the designers at Global Research Innovation and Technology (GRIT) used SOLIDWORKS to develop a radically new lever-based design.
