make another config of your assembly. Then go threw and change every part that you may want to change in that assembly with the design table. then auto create a design table.
from there you should be able to control all the configurations of all the parts in the assembly that you are wanting to change.
Use Driveworks....there're too many variables....

No, I don't, there are too many variables to manage like this case. Open the file for this fella and make all the customization in design table and send it, it seems that you can do it perfect.

Brother Ruben, I have attached the files as per your request where I already tried to do the design table but it's not done as per my expectation

All I can say is to keep trying till you get better results. It is a program and it will do what you tell it to do, not what you want it to do.
