Has anyone (other than me) had a problem inserting parts within weldments (it worked fine in 2008 but in 2009 The program is crashing every time I try to do it does anyone have any ideas? Thanks AlexSolidworksWeldments

I have a machine that used an existing design. It has a welded base and on the existing design, due to size, some plates were machined and then welded at ass'y. My machine is smaller and I would like to add the plates to the base weldment. Can I do that or do I need to redo the plates & their features in the base?

Any idea how to use Toolbox structural members (for example DIN IPE-bars) as structural members in weldment parts ? .. Hope You all understand, what I'm trying to say ??

hi , recently i updated my software to sw2013. since then when i try to overwrite the material in properties in weldments it is not letting me do it. i was able to do it in my sw 2012. can anybody please help me with this. thank you SolidworksWeldments
