I want to start my CSWP but I get an error message from VT when connecting the server (picture below). I have been in touch with the support but they say it is machine-specific issue. I have win7 and I have tried this multiple times with firewall disabled but with same error message (below). It seems that before I get the error message, Tangix stops responding for some time.
I have two SolidWorks licenses on Subscription Service and I request a redemption code yesterday. I want to take CSWP, but firstly I want to try with the CSWA. If I get a coupon for free CSWA, how many time I have to wait to get a coupon for free CSWP?
I am a recent convert from OnShape to Solidworks. I am working through the tutorials and keep finding that certain icons do not appear on my toolbars until I have clicked the "find" button in the tutorial. So for example today I am doing the surfaces / nozzle tutorial, and the 'lofted surfaces' icon was not on my features toolbar. Once I clicked the button to make it flash in the tutorial, it was added to the surfaces toolbar.
I'm almost eligible for the CSWE exam. I just have to pass the weldment exam. I was wondering what some of your experiences were with this exam. I've never used the weldment feature in solidworks at work, so I bought the training manual off ebay to help prepare me for the exam.
Hello, I've been making my way through the CSWP advanced exams. I passed the drawing tools and mold tools exams and am now concentrating on the sheet metal exam. I did the practice test off the solidworks site and found it to be pretty easy.
CSWP sample exam problem I was trying to model the part for sample question 1 but I'm getting 15027.01 g as the result which is not anywhere close to the actual answer (14207.34 g). Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?
Hi, i did CSWA exam yesterday and got passed in the exam, but i didn't get any mail regarding the exam, and no exam details are in Certification user portal. Will it take time to receive certificate or confirmation mail.
I have taken the first CSWA exam already but if I can take more than that this year I would like to do as many as I can... You get to take either a CSWA or a CSWP exam, and then once you have passed the CSWP you can take one (1) CSWP advanced exam.
Can any member of SolidWorks Community tell me thathow much margin of error is allowed in CSWP exam answers where we have to type the answerinstead of picking from given choices because often when I practiceI get first answer Exact but after changing global variables when I Check answer of Second Question I get some error. If the test calls for the answer to be 3 decimal place accuracy, I believe that each of those numbers should match.
is there practice exams for segment 2-3 for CSWP anywhere it is called work experience...you do a lot of work and learn how to fix problems and work around things that go wrong to finish projects on time. Till then I would hold off on the exams
